What each side agrees
- A booking exists once we confirm it by phone or in a reply; no deposit is taken.
- A held table waits fifteen minutes past the agreed time and is then released.
- Cancelling is free, by phone, at any hour we are open, with no reason needed.
- Entry can be refused or ended where the guidelines are ignored.
- Chips used inside the bay have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for anything.
